What a wallet manages
A wallet usually manages keys, addresses and signing interactions. It does not literally contain blockchain assets in the same way a physical wallet contains cash.
Credentials and recovery
Recovery phrases and private keys can be highly sensitive. Anyone who obtains them may be able to authorize actions.
Signing versus logging in
Signing a blockchain action can have consequences beyond an ordinary account login. Review the action, network and destination before approving.
